Can I send my ADEA application right now with only 1 LOR ?

I want to send out my application asap but I am having issues finding more LOR. Majority of the professsors are on vacation right now so I have no contact with them. The adea application states that I have to list evaluators name and etc. But some schools I see , that I can send the LOR directly to the school rather than going through ADEA. I figure by the time school starts I can get the other two done. I have 1 done already ..ready to go.

You think I can skip the LOR section on the application and just send it in ?

I e-submitted my aadsas w/o any evaluators listed...

I used my school to send out all of my letters of rec to each school individually

🙂 You should send what you already have ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can add in more stuffs to it later

YES, you can submit the application without having the LOR section completed. That's what I did. You can even change who your evaluators are even after you have already submitted (one of the few sections you can still change after submission). 🙂

By all means get that application to AADSAS. By this time last year it was already taking them at least four weeks, if not six, to finish with an application and get it mailed. With this year's changes to AADSAS I'm sure it will take them longer to get files out the door. With that said, send in the application asap (sans all LOR's) and hopefully when you send in your LOR's AADSAS will have sent, or will be close to sending, your application on its way.
