Can I send my secondary info before completing my AADSAS application?

Does anyone know whether or not we can send our secondary info before actually completing the AADSAS appl'n? I am sort of waiting until the end of the semester, which is aug, so I can send my application with a bit better mark. (right now, my gpa is below 3.0.. and it will go up to 3.0 by the end of this semester..) Or.. do you guys think I should complete my application as soon as possible anyways?? I haven't done it yet because I am sort of worrying that they may reject my application even before seeing my grade of this semester.. (due to the fact that it's under 3.0..)

yes, you can send in the 2ary before the aadsas appl.
it's better if you send in the aadsas as soon as possible. the point is to send that in, get in line(it's a long line already), and update w/ better grades later as they come in. don't worry, most ad coms start meeting around aug.
