I don't think GPA gets calculated if you haven't submitted yet. So yes, you can esubmit.

You have to esubmit before your GPA will be calculated. You also want to esubmit before your transcripts arrive so they do not get delayed by anything.

It'll get there but if you don't esubmit before it gets there, aadsas won't process it.
