Can I submit CAS with 2 letters + 1 pending letter

Hello,
Have my CAS completed and have 2 letters already in hand (One ophtho + one medicine) with 2 potential ophto letters pending.

Can i and should i submit my CAS with the 2 letters and just send in the 3rd letter whenever i get it? I am just concerned about sending in the application as early as possible.

bother the heck out of one of the two letter writers. be polite and courteous with them.

your application will not be complete and not be evaluated anyways with 2 letters, as they will not send it out to programs until that 3rd letter comes in.

you also may want to be careful about sending it piecemeal as it is harder for sf match to keep track of.
