Can I switch "evaluators" once the application is submitted?

After I have entered the name of a professor in the application and submitted the application, can I log in and change his name for a different one, like if he takes to long to send it, or does not send anything?

I have a professor that can write a nice letter, but I am afraid he may do that, he is too lazy…
