Pretty much as the title says.

My timing is good on the AAMC exams I've taken so far and I just want to utilize this exam for content rather than replicating the testing environment.

Anyone know?

Yes. You can click on time extension (first page that pops up as soon as you press the start test).

I'm pleasantly surprised! A couple years ago, GS and most other practice test companies didn't have this option so learning disabled people who got extra time accommodations were out of luck with practice tests. Way to go GS!

Before reading this previous comment, I was going to say that you can probably restart the test at some point so that the clock starts over.
