Can I take the DAT out of state?

I can't find anything in the DAT candidate guide or anywhere else stating that I can't take the DAT out of my home state, but I wanted to see if anyone had ever seen anything different before I schedule

Unless something has changed in recent years, you can take the DAT at any prometic testing center. The tests are the same at all centers so looking at it logically I don't see why it would matter.

Just my 2 cents, but if you could always call a Prometric testing center and ask.

Yes you can take it anywhere in the USA that has an opening. I took it in two different states because I didn’t like my first score. Lol
