Medical Can I upload letter of rec from someone in AMCAS?

One of my volunteering supervisors wrote me a letter back when I was working for him 2 years ago (I graduated in 2018). He sent the letter to me as a pdf on official letter head and signed. Is there a non-sketchy way to upload this pdf to AMCAS myself? I don't want to bother him with having to resend it.

Ask him to resend properly to amcas which should have automatically given him email instructions on how to send it. There’s no real way for you to upload these yourself.

Letters should come through the confidential AMCAS portal, so he has to resend it in order for it to be considered.

If you do that, it won't be accepted. You are not supposed to be able to read your letters prior to submission to AMCAS.
