Can IMGs Upload Transcript and MSPE on Their Own?

My friend told me that this year, for the first time, the applicant can upload MSPE and Transcript (for IMGs).

Is this true?

Last year the medical school had to post the MSPE and Transcript to ECFMG office...

Don't know about that but if your medical school has signed up to upload electronically get them to do it as it takes less than a week from start to finish.
