Can Junior Undergrad apply for columbia?

Hi, I am just curious if I have a chance to get into Columbia when I am Junior in undergraduate school. Adelphi has joint program with NYU, but I want to apply for columbia. Do you think people get when they are in Junior? well I am going to get my BS after I finish one year of dental school...so yeah...
