I have planned to enroll at a medical school using the Choose Your Medical School Tool. Can that medical school see that I hold a waitlist position at a different medical school?

No. They can only see PTE/CTE, and cannot see at which schools. So, the WL schools can see that you are PTE somewhere, but it does not work the other way around.
