Can medical school see that you voided an MCAT you took? I haven't taken mine yet, but I have heard people saying yes and no to the question and would like a clear answer. If the answer is yes, what is the purpose of voiding your MCATs because that essentially counts negatively towards you or at the most neutral.

This is what the official AAMC mcat essentials guide says...

"Information from voided exams is not included on any score reports that are sent to medical schools. However, indication of a voided exam will be displayed in the MCAT Score Reporting System after the scheduled score release date for you to see. "

Personally, I'd rather take a void than deciding to score a bad mcat. Honestly, no one knows whether med schools can access voids if they wan't to (or at least i can't imagine a reason why they wouldn't be able to). Maybe if someone's app raises some serious concerns over their integrity then a deeper look is warranted.

Edit: i found this previous thread, look at post #7
