A school that just sent me a secondary gave me a heads up that two letter writers forgot to give a signature. Anyone have any experience with this? I'm assuming the writers can just re-submit it to AACOMAS?

I don't believe so, but I would be pleasantly surprised to learn they could.

Your best bet is likely to have them send the revised letters directly to the school in question.

Yes, they can resubmit

It says on AACOMAS website that no changes can be made after the reference is completed. Is this only from the student's end?

If so, can they also withdraw a reference they submitted?

Yes.
