Can pulmonary artery pressure be used to determine lung compliance?

Saw an Rx question where they plotted a pressure-volume loop for the lung - the Y axis was lung volume and the X axis was pulmonary arterial wedge pressure. How does the pulmonary arterial wedge pressure relate to lung compliance, or was it a mistake?
