Hi, I am thinking about applying to all DO schools. For the sake of saving money I need to not apply to schools I have zero chance at.
-33 yo AA female
-3.2/3.2 AACOMAS gpa (2.9/2.9 MD
Yea I know)
-Texas resident
-506 mcat 126/124 cars/128/128
-DO/MD LORs
-9 years extensive hospital experience as a Surgical tech
-5 years research both clinical/bench
-4 publications from top medical school
-tons of leadership, shadowing, non volunteer, everything!!!
Thinking about completely withdrawing my TMDSAS application due to the calculated gpa.
What schools should I avoid applying to? Thanks!!!!!!!!!
(I posted this in the pre-DO but you would be lucky to get 2 responses if any :/ maybe because more people are pre-MD but I take my changes here as well. Hopefully someone has some good advice.)
