Can someone please either confirm the study outline I am planning on using or narrow it down to what will be required knowledge for the PTCB exam (sorry for these cPHt questions).
The following should be noted this is only one area of study I am using to pass the exam:
(1)Given a generic or trade name of a commonly used drug, state the other name, drug category, available dosage forms, common side effects, common or serious drug interactions, and storage considerations (products that need to be refrigerated or kept in special containers)
(2)For a common disease, state nonprescription, alternative medicine, and prescription drug options used in its treatment.
