Can someone take screenshots of the ADSASS application?

I saw a couple of threads, but I didn't see what I was looking for.

Can someone PM me or post the AADSAS application or a sample application? For anyone on a mac, command+shift+3 and upload, or windows press prnt screen and control-V into paint. The screenshot should be pasted. Save and upload


It would really be beneficial for us to-be applicants! Thanks! Again, PM me if you don't want to upload it. I would be eternally grateful lol

Hi there. If you want to see how it looks, you can just create an account and open this cycle's application. It's very straight forward. I opened an account last year, but chose not to apply in 2011, and I opened a new one this year.

Here's last year's ADEA 'how to' that has some screen shots on it. Not that much has changed from last year.

Most things that have gone wrong for me have been because of procrastination. I can't afford to do that for dental school.
