can someone tell me how to get rid of stored messages

Can someone please tell me how to get rid of my stored messages in the private message section of SDN. I only got 56 inbox messages but its telling me i got no space because of my stored messages, where are these "stored messages" hidden and how can i get rid of them, sorry I am a pm amature.

go into your PM box and look to the right of each PM. There should be a box you can check off. Check off all of the messages you want to delete (also check your sent box). Scroll down and you'll see a drop down menu where you can select "delete". That should be all that you need to do.
