Can TBR activate CBT's ASAP?

My friend's test is fast approaching. He needs additional CBT's ASAP and already emailed/called. Voicemail is too full.... any other way he can reach TBR?

They don't answer there phone much when I was trying this summer...

I sent my money order with 2 day shipping, but I think it was 5 days after I sent it until they activated.. If you want to wait that long..

I don't understand their reasoning behind money orders.. it's like having dial up internet in 2015.. makes no sense

Was my understanding that they're only accessible during the "normal" testing period. But glad TBR issue worked out for you.
