Hey all,

My GPA got verified yesterday and I found out that a few courses that I listed as biology were changed it as other science/non science. I am wondering whether it is possible for the ADEA to change my course subject?

Another question is that I just received two more grades in the summer and I got both As (I listed them as In process) and I am wondering if it is possible for the ADEA to update my grades..

This happened to me. You'll have to file for a course dispute to AADSAS. Call them up and they'll give you instructions on how to do so.

And sorry, I was in the same position as you for the courses as I am taking summer classes myself. You'll just have to wait for the academic update in November. Once you have one transcript verified, they can't go back and reevaluate your whole new transcript. It's a one shot deal.

Thank you for the quick reply! Do I need to submit my syllabus for the class? If I don't have it, what should I do? Also, will they change the course subject if they think it is reasonable or is it too late since I already e-submitted..

Nah they'll change it as long as it's reasonable. I don't really think It matters when you e-submitted. Just that you have a strong case. They're going to ask for a description of the course from your course catalogue. If you think the description isn't really good or representative of the class you took, then paste a description from your syllabus. They'll do internet searches to verify themselves.

also, if you can't find the syllabus, i'm sure theres some way you can get it from your school's site right? My school has that.

when did you e-submit?
I e-submitted because 3 of my summer courses are supposed to be done tomorrow, but I got the grades for 2 classes... I e-submitted earlier so that schools can see my grades soon. I didn't want to wait until mid-August to send my transcript.

Some courses' subjects were only available during the course I was taking and I cannot get access to the courses' websites anymore. I guess I should have saved the syllabus!!!
