I think it should be Vasa Recta, as velocity of blood flow will be least there.. correct me if i am wrong..
 
Vasa Recta is correct- blood viscosity is highest in capillaries in general and related to hematocrit, temperature and flow.

my answer choice wud be the vasa recta. since they are the medullary capillaries, which wud reabsorp from the tubules, wud obviously increase the viscosity of blood. feel free to correct me.
