Can we increase computer font size during the test?

I have a lazy eye, and so even with glasses on, I have to increase font size when using computers.

1) Is it possible to change font size any time during the test?
2) If we can, then to what granularity? (i.e. can we customize our own "zoom percentage" or are we given a static set of options like smaller, larger, medium fonts)?
