Sure! I would recommend waiting a day in case you want to change or forgot something but if you know for sure then go ahead and submit!

Let it sit for a couple of days. Print the whole thing out, and go over it one or two times, make sure everything is correct, and everything you want to be in there, is there. No point in submitting it the first day IMO.
