Yes, add schools that you may attend (i.e. put any school on the FAFSA that hasn't rejected you). Not sure about the "add them later" part.

You can definitely make adjustments after submission. I just swapped one school out for another after I got accepted. But it may take up to 3 days of processing after corrections are made.
