Can you apply and send your personal statement later?

Can you send your application/CAF and send your personal statement a week later. I haven't written my PS and want to make sure it is decent before I send it in.

You can't make changes to you PS after you apply.

Can you apply in batches? For instance, send in your CAF + personal statement for prelims/transitionals, then later send in the same CAF, but a different personal statement for the advanced positions (PGY-2 and up)? Thanks.

You can always add programs in and select which personal statements/letters you send to them.
