When I filled out my online application I applied to VCU, South Carolina, WV, Louisville and a few other schools. However I have called multpile times to each school to check my status of my application. I keep getting the same answer. Your file is complete and ready to go before the review board. Sounded good to me except I sent my application in in July! Whats up with this. I stll havent heard a word from anyone. No rejection, no interview offer or nothing. The good news is I did get in to my number one school, UAB. Still it kinda makes me a little angry that they havent sent any kind of messages to me. So I am wondering if and when the whole application cycle for 2007 is over, and they still have not sent me any kind of notification, can I get some of my money back? I spent a lot of money to apply and not hear anything, besides I would like to take that money and go snowboarding out in Colorado!!

Call the schools, they probably haven't processed your applications because they got lost in the cracks somewhere like two of mine did that I just found out this week! ANGRY!!!

Can you write off all of your application fees on your taxes?

you can try to cancel the checks with the supplemental fees.... That's about the only way you'll get any money back
