Hi All:
I was wondering if the following is proper to do. I am interviewing at a number of DO schools that are 'out of the way,' such as KCOM and WVSOM. However, I am flying into the Kansas City, MO, airport, as well as the Roanoke, VA, airport, both of which are very near another school to which I have applied, KCUMB-COM and VCOM, respectively. In order to defray travel expenses, I was wondering if it would be too forward if I politely e-mailed the schools and nicely asked whether or not they are considering me for an interview so I can "kill two birds with one stone." I'm sure the schools understand the expense of this process (especially to those of us who pride ourselves on being cheap 😉 ), but I was wondering if they would think I was being pushy if I asked. Has anyone else tried this? What was the outcome?
Thanks...and good luck everyone on your interviews.
Ryan.
