Can you share your stats?

If you are an Ophthalmology resident:

1) How many programs you applied to?
2) How many interviews you got?
3) In how many programs you actually interviewed?
4) Board Scores and other awards? (This will help me correlate academic performance with the # of interviews granted)
5) Any special situation or comment you might want to add.
