Can you submit and add LORs later?

I'm done everything on my application except the LOR. I have one completed LOR and that's it. I just asked two prof's to write LORS for me through email since I'm another province away, but they have not agreed yet, so I haven't added them on AADSAS.

Can I still submit? or do I have to wait for them to agree and then send them the link to AADSAS?

or do I have to wait till all three LORs are complete before I can submit?

PS: the two profs have written LORs for me, I know asking through email is bad, but I have no choice.

pretty sure you can submit whenever you want, but adcoms will only review your package when everything is together. that is why it is important to get on your professors/dentists/committee's a** to send your stuff out.

i was told my committee letter was going to be sent out ~September so I said forget it
