Can you submit your secondaries before sending the Letters of Rec ?

yeah thats what i did...i still have another week until they actually send the lors

In general, I believe schools require you to be complete before they review your application. This includes LORs. Therefore, they will not look at your app until everything is in. You may want to check with the individual schools that you applied to.

In contrast, if your LORs are ready but your secondaries are not, as long as you've been granted the secondaries, send in your LORs first and then send your secondaries whenever you're ready.
