Different med schools will have different lists. It'd be better to ask your med school or talk to other med students in the years above you instead of a random survey on sdn because what your med school and classmates recommend will be a lot more relevant to you.
But seriously if you want the opinion of some random people on the internet, my strong opinion is you don't need textbooks especially not for preclinical years. Don't waste your money. The only book I make an exception for is First Aid. FA is the only book you need to buy in your preclinical years (along with UWorld and Pathoma = UFAP).
