Hi everyone,
*I still have to finish the rest of the prerequisites so the cgpa/sgpa stat is assuming if I do well (4.0s). No MCAT yet, planning on taking it after prereqs. I'm graduating nursing school next semester and I just want to know if it's worth pursuing medicine considering my stats. Any input on how to improve my application is welcome
ECs:
clinical research training program - functioned as an RA, screened potential participants for multiple studies, no co-authorships though, publication of studies are still in process
volunteer at a new immigrants agency
clinical exp from nursing school placements
MD shadowing
LORs:
Biology professor (As in both classes, dropped by a lot during office hours)
Supervisor from Research Program
Nursing Preceptor (my mentor this year, very good relationship with her, very supportive)
MD from shadowing
Volunteer supervisor (New Immigrants Agency)
