I'm not too familiar with the application procedure for American schools. I have completed and submitted my AMCAS application (Aug.25). There are some online secondary applications which I can fill out? How long does it take (on average) to receive instructions for secondary applications? I hope I didn't miss any deadlines.

You haven't missed deadlines yet. Even the early ones are in October. Do a search on this thread for secondary links. You will find some links to on-line secondaries. It varies from school to school for recieving instructions for secondary.
