Does being a Canadian citizen (who is in the 4th year of a U.S. Med school) affect matching in the National Resident Matching Program?

Being a Canadian won't affect your chances of matching per se (you won't be looked down upon like some IMG's might), but the fact that you need a visa, may affect your chances somewhat (I'm assuming you don't have a green card). Check out the international forum if you need more answers.
