Hello All;
I am finishing up my Pharm. D degree from the University of Illinios at Chicago this year. I am interested in taking the Canadian Qualifying Exams in May of 2011. I would like to get your input regarding the study material. I am currently studying for the NAPLEX as well. I am not sure what study guides and material are out there to prepare for the Canadian Qualifying Exam.

your help is greatly appreciated.

Cheers;
Mahmoud

Hi Mahmoud,

I am currently a UBC student studying for the qualifying exam (PEBC) for may 2011. According to what I have heard, studying Therapeutic Choices 5th Edition quite thoroughly is a good starting point for preparing for these exams. For the OSCE portion, Patient Self-Care 1st or 2nd edition would be beneficial in gathering some good counseling points. Lastly, getting some pharmacy experience is key as well I have been told.
