Canadian Re-taking courses

I was just wondering what options do Canadians have in regards to retaking courses after completing undergrad? I understand that Americans can just take them at a local community college, but I'm not really sure where I could go in Canada. If there are any Canadians who have retaken courses that could let me know what they did, that would be great!
