I'll be starting at BU this year and I'm Canadian. Are there any Canadians on here who have recieved grants from gov't/schools/private institutions etc for going to dental school in the US? I'm not talking about loans here, I mean bursaries, grants, scholarships... free money! I'm thinking they don't exist... I think we have to pay for every penny.

I'm just looking for any way to soften the tuition blow that is lurking around the corner

Unless you have a scholarship, I have not found anything else outside bank loans.

i have looked under every rock...and nothing....

even with the private bank loans, they too are so much harder in canada than in the states....if anyone has any info please share here...
