Cancel Test Date advice

First, the bronze zone deadline is the last day to cancel right?

Second, how bad does retaking the exam look to med schools? I'm worried that I'm going to get around a 29 this time, then retake it and maybe only get a couple points increase. In general I'm not very good with standardized tests, and with under two weeks, I'm not feeling too confident. Any advice on last minute studying/should I cancel and retake next year?
