canceled my exam today, I cant reschedule

Hi,
Today I canceled my exam ( step 1, exam were next week), cause I wanted to postpone my exam and extend my eligibility period, but now I cant reschedule again, and I am in the middle of my eligibility period now.
what should I do ?
I called prometric, and the operator is repeating that my exam is canceled !
how long should I wait?
