I have an interview soon with a school I really don’t want to attend due to its bad reputation (US MD but similar to a Caribbean school), toxic culture, and shady practices. If I had known about this before, I never would have applied. They have a high post-interview acceptance rate, and I’m considering withdrawing pre-interview to avoid potentially getting accepted, as I’d rather reapply than attend.

For context, I’ve had two other interviews with schools I’m excited about. Should I cancel the interview the day before?

If you feel that strongly about both things (that you would not attend if accepted and that you will substantially improve your profile before reapplying by filling gaps) then cancel your interview.
It's pretty impolite to cancel it the day before, so be sure not to include this school on your list if you need a second application year.

If you would not attend this school if it's the only one that accepts you, cancel the interview. And if you don't want to be tempted by an acceptance only to this school, cancel the interview, but don't wait until the day before. Do it soon, maybe even ASAP.

On the other hand, if this program were to be the only one that accepts you and you would attend, then don't cancel.
