Am I ok with the 6th edition guidelines or do I need to dish out the $$ for the 7th edition? Anyone have a nice resource that will fit in the white coat?

The upcoming Hansen/Roach handbook will include 7th edition staging. The projected availibility date is May, we just sent the final proofs to the publishers.

You should probably know both 6th and 7th edition staging (there are only minor changes with most cancer types). It is important to know what changes they made and why.

It seems like every site has undergone some type of change, plus there are brand new staging systems that were released.
