Carbon NMR question

for Carbon-13 NMR, the coupling only comes from the protons that the carbon itself is attached to... so in the picture (attachment), it shows 1,1,2-tricholoropropane which only has 3 carbons so why are there 4 sets of signals? am I just missing something?

I only see 3 signals in your attached pic. Where is the 4th signal for 1,1,2-tricholoropropane??!! The one at zero is your benchmark. I hope you are not considering that as the 4th signal.
