Cardiac Arrest due to PE and TPA dosing

What do all you do for a TPA in a cardiac arrest, code blue situation? last I heard was 0.6g/kg (max of 50mg) as a push over a few minutes.
The only PI information is for a non-coding patient - 100mg over 2 hours. Curious as to any recent updates or information you all have seen?
