USMLE Cardiac output & LVEDP during first ten seconds of MI

Hey guys, was wondering what happens to CO & LVEDP during the first ten seconds of MI (aka as soon as pt experiences chest pain). For some weird reason, I think I saw somewhere that both CO & LVEDP increase during the first ten seconds.
 
I would think LVEDP starts to rise and CO probably doesn't change much b/c there will be a catecholamine surge but there is ischemia impairing myocardial performance would would essentially balance things out until the ischemia overcomes the catecholamine surge
