Caribbean School that let you do rotations without step 1

I failed step 1 and I am thinking of starting rotations while I study for step again. So does anybody know any Caribbean school that would let me do that. My plan is to do few rotations and then take a month or so off before the exam

What? Why would you go to a Carib school just to get started on rotations? You haven't been kicked out of your own school yet, have you? None of this makes sense.

Rotations aren't going to increase your knowledge of Step 1 material, in fact they are going to necessitate that you learn a whole bunch of new stuff completely unrelated to the pre clinical years and effectively banish any biochem or genetics from your memory. It would be highest yield to take a little time off, get refreshed and then do your study month right away.
