Caribbean schools accepting basic science credits from Osteopathic Medical

Does anyone know of any caribbean or international medical schools awarding an MD degree that accept credits for basic science courses taken at an Osteopathic Medical School?

If you're at a DO school in the US there should be no reason for you wanting to transfer to the Caribbean.

I don't think they generally do. Even if you have a PhD. in the subject.
