I would say fluoride and phosphate.
Selenium and Lead could be toxic as far as I know.

coz kidney tubules may secrete or reabsorb a substance more than its plasma conc (or filtration). so, the GFR of a substance may actually be more or less depending on the secretion or reabsorption by tubules. hence, renal plasma flow is a better tool.

I totally agree with you for the answer , it is Fluor and Phosphate
In fact Fluor, Phosphate and Calcium are all implicated in mineralisation of dental substance
