CARS Practice

I've heard a lot about EK 101 passages book as being great for CARS passages.

I was slightly confused however, because they have a verbal reasoning one from the old MCAT and a CARS one for the new, however, it seems that everyone recommends the verbal reasoning even for the new MCAT. If I plan to get this, would that be better, why?

Is there another book with CARS practice that would be even better? I've heard that princeton's is pretty good as well. Please let me know, thanks!
