Hi, I just have a quick question for people who've interviewed at these schools in the past. Are the interviews on the same day, or do you have to interview at each place separately? Thanks.

no way - the cleveland clinic interview day really does last all day. i got there at 8AM and we finished our day at around 4PM. I didn't apply to Case last year, but the other 3 interviewers on my day at cclcm were either interviewing the day after or had interviewed there the day before. by the way, i feel like a total idiot for not applying to case last year - it's an awesome school and, it seems that if you get an interview at cclcm, you pretty much also get an interview at case and vice versa. good luck.
They usually try to give you a Monday-Tuesday interview day for both. My interview at CCLM was on Monday and Case was Tuesday. The CCLM interview went from 8 to 5 for me, long day.
anybody have any informed perspective on the CCLCM program? Are the basic science courses taught separately from the normal case students? Does anyone feel its particularly good or bad to take the clinical rotations separately from everyone else, on your own schedule? Do you have to know exactly what area you want to do your research in, or do they help you figure it out over the first two summers?... Thanks for any informed oppinions you may have...

the university program (case) and the college program (cclcm) are almost completely separate. i think (from what i remember from last year) that there is some sort of group meeting that combines the two groups once in a while but for the most part, the cclcm and case students are separated. the two curricula are completely distinct and actually very different. there are a few sdners that are at cclcm now, so hopefully they'll chime in. good luck! cclcm was the most awesome school i visited, i'm still really bummed that i didn't get in.
