Case conceptualization/formulation resources?

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for (free, online) resources about case conceptualization/formulation. This is a skill that we've had exposure to in our courses and practica but with which I still struggle. I find it easy to build a case conceptualization when I'm working from just one theoretical orientation, but I want to get better at building more integrative/eclectic conceptualizations/formulations.

Does anyone know of any good examples, articles, or resources on the internet that could help me with this? Any models of case conceptualization that you've found particularly useful?

Have you tried keyword searches yet on electronic databases? There should be a plethora of case studies and journal articles that would be worth reviewing. I believe the APA puts out a book/series on case conceptualization, though that obviously will cost some money. The amazon marketplace (their used book sales area) may have some cheap options.
